You are hereby summoned and required to serve upon Romano, Garubo & Argentieri, Plaintiff's attorneys, whose address is 52 Newton Avenue, P.O. Box 456, Woodbury, New Jersey 08096, an Answer to the Complaint and any Amended Complaints filed thereafter in a civil action, in which INSOURCE EAST PROPERTIES, INC. is Plaintiff, and MARY V. LEAHY, HER HEIRS, DEVISEES AND PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES AND HER, HIS, OR ANY OF THEIR SUCCESSORS IN RIGHT, TITLE AND INTEREST, et als, are Defendants pending in the Superior Court of New Jersey within 35 days after March 7, 2026 exclusive of said date. If you fail to do so, judgment by default may be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint. You shall file your answer and proof of service in duplicate with the Clerk of the Superior Court, Hughes Justice Complex, P.O. Box 971, Trenton, New Jersey 08625, in accordance with the rules governing the courts.
You are further advised that if you cannot afford an attorney, you may call the Legal Services office in the county where you live. If you do not have an attorney and are not eligible for free legal assistance, you may obtain a referral to an attorney by calling the Lawyer Referral Services. This action has been instituted for the purpose of foreclosing a reverse mortgage and recovering possession of the lands and premises described in a reverse mortgage dated June 12, 2008 in the amount of $187,500.00, recorded in the Ocean County Clerk's Office July 1, 2008 in Book 14053, page 1396 as Instrument No. 2008072567 made by Mary V. Leahy to OceanFirst Bank, and subsequently assigned to the Plaintiff, Insource East Properties, Inc. who is the holder of the note and mortgage and entitled to commence this action. The mortgage covers real estate located at 981D Aberdeen Drive, Lakewood, NJ, Lot 981.04, C100D, Block 1587 in the Township of Lakewood, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey.
YOU, MARY V. LEAHY, HER HEIRS, DEVISEES AND PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES AND HER, HIS OR ANY OTHER SUCCESSORS IN RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST, have been made Defendants in the above-entitled action because you have or may claim to have some right, title lien or other interest affecting the real estate being foreclosed by virtue of ownership, inheritance, descent, intestacy devise, dower, curtesy, mortgage, deed or conveyance, entry of judgment or other legal or lawful right.
YOU, MELISSA MCLEAN, HEIR, have been made a Defendant in the above-entitled action because you have or may claim to have some right, title lien or other interest affecting the real estate being foreclosed by virtue of ownership, inheritance, descent, intestacy devise, dower, curtesy, mortgage, deed or conveyance, entry of judgment or other legal or lawful right.
The nature of which and the reason that you and each of you are joined as Defendants is set forth with particularity in the Complaint (or amended Complaint, whichever the case may
