NOTICE TO REDEEM
TO: Olga Olah, her heirs, devisees and personal representatives and her, their or any of their successors in right, title and interest; Olga L. Olah, Executrix of the Estate and known heir; Alert Ambulance Service; State of New Jersey;
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that by Order made on the 24th day of September, 2025, the Superior Court fixed that on November 24, 2025, between the hours of nine o'clock in the forenoon and four o'clock in the afternoon, prevailing time, at the offce of the Tax Collector of the Township of Woodbridge, at 1 Main Street, Woodbridge, New Jersey, as the time and place when and where you may pay to the Plaintiff the amount so found due for principal and interest on its Certificates of Tax Sale #19-00039 and #23-00016, as follows: Lot 9.02, Block 13.06 on the tax map of the Township of Woodbridge, and commonly known as 2 Olive Street, Woodbridge Twp., New Jersey. The total amount required to redeem Certificate #19-00039 is $35,094.73 and the amount required to redeem Certificate #23-00016 is $40,954.49, together with interest from September 15, 2025.
IN ORDER TO PRESERVE ANY EQUITY THAT MAY EXIST IN THE PROPERTY BEING FORECLOSED, THE OWNER OR THE OWNER'S HEIRS, SHALL HAVE THE RIGHT TO DEMAND, BY WRITTEN REQUEST TO THE SUPERIOR COURT OF NEW JERSEY, NO LATER THAN 45 DAYS AFTER BEING SERVED WITH THE FORECLOSURE COMPLAINT AND BEFORE THE DATE THAT THE FINAL JUDGMENT IS ENTERED, THAT THE HOLDER OF THE TAX SALE CERTIFICATE, FORECLOSE THE RIGHT TO REDEEM IN THE SAME MANNER AS A MORTGAGE, THROUGH A JUDICIAL SALE THROUGH THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY SHERIFF. IF THERE IS NO SUCH SURPLUS EQUITY, OR IF YOU DO NOT TIMELY REQUEST THE PROPERTY PROCEED TO A SHERIFF'S SALE, THE FORECLOSURE WILL CONTINUE AND UPON ENTRY OF THE FINAL JUDGMENT, TITLE TO THE PROPERTY SHALL VEST IN THE NAME OF THE PLAINTIFF OR ITS ASSIGNS.
And that unless, at the same time and place, you or one of you redeem by paying the aforesaid sum so found due to plaintiff, then you, and each of you shall be debarred and foreclosed of and from all right and equity of redemption of, in and to the lands and premises above set out and described in the Complaint and every part thereof, and that the Plaintiff be vested with an absolute and indefeasiable estate of inheritance in fee simple in said lands and premises. Anything to the contrary notwithstanding, redemption shall be permitted up until the entry of Final Judgment including the whole of the last date upon which Judgment is entered.
