YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that on the 16th day of June, 2025, the following described real estate, situated in Polk County, Iowa, to-wit:
Lot 8 in Block 24, in HIGHLAND PARK, an Official Plat, now included in and forming a part of the City of Des Moines, Polk County, Iowa.
was sold by the County Treasurer of Polk County, Iowa for the then delinquent and unpaid taxes and special assessments against the said real estate for Polk County, Iowa; that a Certificate of Purchase was duly issued to City of Des Moines by the County Treasurer of Polk County, Iowa, pursuant to said Tax Sale, which Certificate was assigned to Neighborhood Finance Corporation on September 10, 2025 pursuant to Iowa Code section 446.19A(4), which Certificate is now lawfully held and owned by NFC Properties LLC, and that the right of Redemption will expire and a deed for the said real estate will be made unless Redemption from said sale is made within ninety (90) days from the completed service of this Notice.
