Notice to Sell Immovable Property NOTICE FOR APPLICATION FOR AUTHORITY TO SELL IMMOVABLE PROPERTY AT PRIVATE SALE NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Executrix, Tracy Lynn McLeland Pittman, of this Succession has petitioned this Court for authority to sell immovable property belonging to the Estate of the deceased at private sale to David W. Burch and Jennifer Burch, in accordance with the provisions of Article 3281, et seq of the Code of Civil Procedure for the sum of $20,000.00. The immovable property proposed to be sold at private sale is described as follows: Undivided one-half (1/2) interest: Lot 21, Square 54 of Ouachita Cotton Mills, located at 1209 Alabama Street, Monroe, La. 71202. Any heir or creditor who opposes the proposed sale must file an opposition within seven (7) days from the day on which the last publication of this Notice appears, by the Order of the Court.
