Ball Resubdivision of Section 38 and 39, T5N, R1W, being that property acquired by James Pierce from Walter Smith at Conveyance Book 182, page 397, records of Rapides Parish, Louisiana. On the following terms and conditions to-wit: $46,000.00 cash or its equivalent. Notice is now given to all parties whom it may concern, including the heirs and creditors of decedent, and of this estate, that they be ordered to make any opposition which they have or may have to such application, at any time, prior to the issuance of the order or judgment authorizing, approving and homologating that application and that such order or judgment may be issued after the expiration of seven days, from the date of the last publication of such notice, all in accordance with law.
