Notice to Taxpayers of Public Hearing on Additional Appropriation Notice is hereby given that the City of Richmond, Indiana ("City") Common Council ("Council") will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on March 16, 2026 in the Council Chambers, 50 North Fifth Street, 3rd Floor, Richmond, Indiana. The purpose of the public hearing is to consider the appropriation of an amount not to exceed Five Million Dollars ($5,000,000) from the proceeds of the City's General Revenue Bond Anticipation Notes of 2026 ("BANs"), and all investment earnings thereon, for the costs of the acquisition, construction and installation of park and recreation improvements, together with all necessary appurtenances, related improvements and equipment, ("Project"), incidental expenses incurred in connection with the Project and costs associated with issuance of the BANs. The foregoing appropriation is in addition to all appropriations provided for in the existing budget and tax levy. Taxpayers of the City appearing at the meeting shall have the right to be heard in respect to this additional appropriation. Dated this 2nd day of March, 2026.
