TAKE NOTICE that on the 2nd day of July, 2026 at 6:00 pm, a hearing will be held before the City of Millville Zoning Board of Adjustment at the Culver Center, 110 N. 3rd Street, Millville, NJ 08332, on the application of the undersigned for a variance and/or other relief so as to permit the change from a mixed used property to a residential duplex. Formerly a mixed use property operating as a community center and residential building, no new construction is proposed. Applicant seeks a D variance, and/or any other variances and applications as may prove necessary for the premises located at 2 East Broad Street, Millville, NJ 08332, and designated at Block 313, Lot 8 on the City of Millville Tax Map.
