Notice to the Public Notice to the Public Wing of Freedom Care provides all programs and services, including mental health services and home care for individuals with mental health–related needs and behaviors, to the general public without regard to race, color, or national origin, in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Wing of Freedom Care is committed to ensuring equal access to its services, including mental health care, home-based support services, and free or reduced-cost care when applicable. No person shall be excluded from participation in, denied the benefits of, or otherwise subjected to discrimination under any program or activity operated by Wing of Freedom Care. Any individual who believes they have been subjected to discrimination may file a written complaint with Wing of Freedom Care. Complaints should include details of the alleged incident and the complainant's contact information and should be submitted as soon as possible following the occurrence.
