Notification of Environmental Investigation and Cleanup RF Products Incorporated 1500 Davis Street (Block 1386/ Lot 1) NJDEP Preferred Identification #015474 November 24, 2025 In accordance with New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) regulations for "Notification and Public Outreach", RF Products Incorporated is required to provide information relating to environmental conditions and remedial activities being conducted at the above referenced site. Operations historically conducted at the site included manufacturing of radio condenser and electronic components, and current operations include manufacturing of radio frequency modulation products. Chemicals associated with the environmental investigation are per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) and were initially detected in the groundwater in 2020. Since this time, the person conducting the remediation has determined that the contamination in the groundwater has migrated from the site and will continue to investigate until the extent of contamination is determined. RF Products Inc. is conducting investigative and remedial activities in accordance with the requirements of the NJDEP to address the chemical contaminants detected. The person conducting the remediation has evaluated the environmental impacts from the site including the potential for the contamination from this site to affect drinking water wells and/or the quality of indoor air to ensure that any impacts from the contamination is promptly mitigated. No impacts have been identified to receptors.
