Notification of Submittal of a Second Revised Remedial Investigation Report and Cleanup Plan (Section 304(n)(2)(i)) Notice is hereby given that 789 Kings Mill, L.P. has submitted a Second Revised Remedial Investigation Report and Cleanup Plan to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, Southcentral Regional Office for the site located at 789 Kings Mill Road, Spring Garden, York County. 789 Kings Mill L.P. has indicated that the remediation measures in soil and groundwater will attain compliance with a combination of Statewide Health and Site-Specific cleanup standards established under the Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act.
