Notification of a Receipt of a Report (Section 304(n)(2)(i) Notice is hereby given that Tenaris SA (formerly Hydril Company) has submitted a report to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, Southwest Regional Office, to demonstrate attainment of the site-specific standard for a site located at Virginia Avenue and Beaver Avenue, Rochester Township, Beaver County. Tenaris has indicated that the remedial measures will attain compliance with the site-specific cleanup standard established for iron in grouindwater under the Land Recycling and Environmental Remediaton Standards Act. This notice is made under provision fo the Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act, the Act of May 19, 1995, P.L. #4, No. 2. May 21 2026 LSOM0522415
