Notive Inviting Statements of Qualifications - RFP 26-20 Comprehensive Charter Transportation Services
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Stockton Unified School District, San Joaquin County, California, acting by and through its Governing Board ("District"), will receive sealed Statements of Qualifications ("SOQs") for the following:
RFQ 26-21 Comprehensive Charter Transportation Services
All SOQs shall be submitted electronically through the District's e-Procurement Portal unless otherwise specified in the RFQ Documents. Respondents interested in obtaining the RFQ Documents for the purpose of preparing and submitting an SOQ may do so by visiting the District's e-Procurement Portal at: Stockton Unified School District OpenGov Portal
SOQs must conform to and be fully responsive to the RFQ Documents. Electronic submissions shall be received through the District's e-Procurement Portal, where responses will remain digitally locked and encrypted until the submission deadline has passed.
No respondent may withdraw its SOQ for a period of ninety (90) calendar days following the deadline for submission of SOQs.
The District encourages participation by local and minority-owned firms.
The District reserves the right to reject any or all SOQs, to waive any irregularities or informalities in the RFQ process, to cancel or revise the RFQ in whole or in part, and to make awards in the manner determined to be in the best interest of the District. The District reserves the right to establish a qualified pool of firms and is not obligated to make a contract award pursuant to this RFQ.
Any contract award or issuance of future work is contingent upon availability of funds and approval by the District's Governing Board, as applicable.
This RFQ is subject to the provisions of California Education Code section 45125.1. Employees of awarded firms who may have contact with District students shall comply with all applicable fingerprinting and criminal background check requirements through the California Department of Justice.
All questions and requests for clarification regarding this RFQ shall be submitted through the Question & Answer tab within the District's e-Procurement Portal. If a respondent discovers any ambiguity, conflict, discrepancy, omission, or other error in the RFQ Documents, the respondent shall immediately notify the District in writing through the e-Procurement Portal.
All statements of qualifications are due on Monday, June 22, 2026, at 02:00 p.m.
