OFFICIAL NOTICE ADVERTISEMENT PROPOSAL VILLAGE OF BELLEVUE 2026 CRACK FILLING PROJECTS The Village of Bellevue will be receiving proposals for its 2026 Crack Filling projects. Proposals will be received at the Village Offices, located at 3100 Eaton Road, Bellevue, Wisconsin, until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 12, 2026. At this time the proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud. 2026 Parking Lot Crack Seal, Seal Coat and Striping 2026 Street Crack Filling & Trail Crack Filling and Seal Coat Bidding documents may be picked up at the Bellevue Village Offices. This contract shall be subject to the 2026 State of Wisconsin minimum wage rate requirements. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive or not waive any informalities in the proposals received and to accept any proposal they deem most favorable to the interests of the owner. Bidders, who do not have their updated Proof of Responsibility forms on file at the Village of Bellevue Offices, must provide them 5 days prior to bid opening. Forms may be picked up at 3100 Eaton Road during the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Friday.
