OFFICIAL NOTICE TO BIDDERS VILLAGE OF RIB MOUNTAIN 2026 ROADWAY MAINTENANCE PROJECTS OWNER: The Village of Rib Mountain hereby gives notice that sealed unit price bids will be received for the following pavement maintenance projects: 1. Rubberized Crack Sealing 2. Mastic Crack Sealing 3. Miscellaneous Asphalt Pavement Patching 4. Pavement Marking Epoxy 5. Thin Lift Asphalt Overlay TIME AND PLACE OF BID OPENING: Sealed bids will be received at the Village of Rib Mountain Municipal Center, 227800 Snowbird Ave, Wausau, WI 54401 until 9:00 a.m. on Monday, May 18th 2026. Bids will be opened immediately thereafter. Please label each sealed bid proposal by number, contract name, and bidder name. BIDDING DOCUMENTS: Bidding Documents are available at the Village of Rib Mountain Public Works Department by calling 715-907-7770 or email kschoen@ribmountainwi.gov. LEGAL PROVISIONS: The Contract letting shall be subject to the provisions of Sections 66.0901 and 779.15 of the Wisconsin Statutes. BID REJECTION/ACCEPTANCE: OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, waive informalities in bidding or to accept the Bid or Bids, which best serve the interests of OWNER.
