Notice of the meeting was duly published. APPROVAL OF AGENDA Chair Connie Boesen requested a motion to approve the agenda as presented. It was moved by John Edwards and seconded by Dean O'Connor to approve June 2, 2026, agenda. The motion carried unanimously. CONSENT ITEMS 8A - Commission Meeting Minutes – May 5, 2026 8B - ICAP FY2027 Renewal 8C - April Consolidated Financials 8D - Workers Compensation FY2027 Insurance Renewal 8E - Service Standards It was moved by Dean O'Connor and seconded by Todd Shafer to approve the consent items. The motion carried unanimously.
