Notice of the meeting was duly published. APPROVAL OF AGENDA Chair Connie Boesen requested a motion to approve the agenda as presented. It was moved by John Edwards and seconded by Angela Connolly to approve July 7, 2026, agenda. The motion carried unanimously. CONSENT ITEMS 7A - Commission Meeting Minutes – June 2, 2026 7B - TRAC Bylaws 7C - Procurement Policy 7D - eProcurement Contract 7E - STBG Funds Application 7F - DMPS Pricing 7G - DART Social Media Policy 7H - May Consolidated Financials It was moved by Joseph Jones and seconded by Fannette Elliot to approve the consent items. The motion carried unanimously. ACTION ITEMS 8A – August Service Change Approval It was moved by John Edwards and seconded by Joseph Jones to approve the August Service Change as related to DMPS school trips provided by DART. The motion carried unanimously. 8B – Operations & Maintenance Facility Phase II Approval It was moved by Angela Connolly and seconded by Bridget Carberry Montgomery to proceed with phase II of the Operations and Maintenance Facility at 3500 Vandalia Road with a project budget not to exceed $55,000,000 and approve the funding plan as presented.
