OG Lease Forfeiture Publication Notice Notice, pursuant to ORC 5301.332, is hereby given to W.W. & A.T. Wehrle, whose last known address is Newark, Ohio, and to its successors and assigns, who may hold an interest in a certain oil and gas lease described as follows (the "Lease"): An Oil and Gas Lease from H.S. Ingman to W.W. & A.T. Wehrle, consisting of 170 acres, dated July 17, 1919, is recorded in Lease Volume 37, Page 118 of the Records of the Licking County, Ohio Recorder. The premises is described as being situated in the Township of Newark, Licking County, Ohio, bounded on the North by lands of Winters, Havens, Harris & Handel; East by lands of John Glecker & O.B. Montgomery; South by lands of Reddick & Meacham; and West by lands of Veach Land Company (the "Leased Property"). Blue Jay Heath Properties LLC, an Ohio limited liability company, acquired a portion of the Leased Property. The Lease has expired by its terms and neither oil nor gas or their constituents is being found on the Leased Property in paying quantities. Please be advised that because the term of the Lease has expired, Blue Jay Heath Properties LLC, the current fee simple owner of the Leased Property, intends to file for record an affidavit of forfeiture pursuant to ORC 5301.332 with the County Recorder of Licking County, Ohio if you do not release the Lease of record within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this Notice.
