OLD BRIDGE TOWNSHIP PLANNING BOARD NOTICE OF APPROVAL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Township of Old Bridge has granted Wawa, Inc. Minor Site Plan Approval for additional parking and ADA site improvements to be made to the existing Wawa convenience store with fuel located on the site, with respect to having a street address of 1453 NJ Highway 18, Old Bridge Township, Middlesex County, and being designated as Block 19012, Lot 149.11 on the Old Bridge Township Tax Map. The approval was granted by the Board at the Minor Subdivision Committee meeting on May 28, 2026, and memorialized by a written Resolution adopted by said Board on June 25, 2026. Copies of the approved plans and the Resolution of Approval are on file and available for inspection during regular business hours in the Office of the Old Bridge Township Planning Board, 1 Old Bridge Plaza, New Jersey, 08857.
