ORDER AND NOTICE OF HEARING ON RETURN OF PRIVATE SALE PB-2025-68 COMES NOW on the 22nd day of December, 2025, there came before the Court the Return of Private Sale of Real Property filed by Allan Cryder, Personal Representative of the Estate of Edith Wanda Corn, pursuant to 58 OS Section 421. The Court, having reviewed said Return of Sale, finds that a hearing should be set for consideration thereof and that notice of such hearing shall be given as required by 58 OS Sectioin 426 by one publication at least ten (10) days prior to the heairng. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED AND NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a hearing on the Return of Private Sale is set for hearing on the 12th day of January, 2026 at 8:30am, the the Osage County District Court Room of the Osage County Courthouse, located at 600 Grandview Ave., Pawhuska, Oklahoma. At that time, any person interested in the Estate may appear and contest the sale. The Return of Sale report the private sale of the following described real property: Legal Description: The West 200 feet of the East 515 feet of the North Half of the North Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (N/2 N/2 SE/4 SE/4) of Section Sixteen (16), Township Twenty-two (22) North, Range Twelve (12) East of the Indian Meridian, Osage County, Oklahoma, according to the United States Government Survey thereof. LESS AND EXCEPT: The North 50 feet thereof for road. Commonly known as: 15558 N Lombard Lane, Skiatook, OK 74070 The private sale was made to Gary Wayne Bittle and Shelly Dawn Routen for the sum of $210,000.00 subject to approval and confirmation by the Court. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that notice of the hearing be givne by one (1) publication in a newspaper authorized by law to publish legal notices in Osage County, State of Oklahoma, at least ten (10) days prior to said hearing.
