PG-2025-53 ORDER AND NOTICE OF HEARING RETURN OF SALE OF REAL PROPERTY NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN NOW, Guardian of the Person and Property of Mary Sue McDannald Carlson (the "Ward") having filed herein the Return of Sale of Real Property showing that the Guardian sold to Caney River Company Central, LLC for a total of $6,530,360.76 subject to the confirmation of this Court, all of the right, title and interest of the Ward in and to the real property described in the Return of Sale of Real Property. IT IS SO ORDERED that the Return of Sale of Real Property be set for hearing in the District Court of Washington County, State of Oklahoma, Courtroom 2B on the 23rd day of July, 2026 at 10:00 a.m, where all persons interested may appear. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Notice of the hearing on said Return of Sale of Real Property shall be mailed to all interested persons, and that Notice shall be given by one publication in a newspaper of general circulation in Washington County at least ten (10) days before the hearing as required by law.
