Cooper to be determined, by remote video conference using the meeting instructions below, and show cause, if any there be, why the prayers of the Complaint should not be granted and why the pro­ceedings for the Bonds when issued pursuant thereto and the revenues pledged to the payment thereof should not be validated and confirmed as requested in the Complaint.
