ORDINANCE NO. 2026-0726 AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AVONDALE, ARIZONA, GRANTING A UTILITY EASEMENT TO ARIZONA PUBLIC SERVICE COMPANY TO PROVIDE ELECTRIC SERVICE TO THE BRIDGE HOUSING PROJECT. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AVONDALE as follows: SECTION 1. An easement is hereby granted to Arizona Public Service Company in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit 1 and incorporated herein by reference, through, over, under and across ± 0.004 acres of real property, generally located south of East Riley Drive and west of North Eliseo C. Felix Jr. Way, as depicted and described in Exhibit B to the easement form attached hereto as Exhibit 1. SECTION 2. The Mayor, the Acting City Manager, the City Clerk and the City Attorney are hereby authorized and directed to execute all documents and take all steps necessary to carry out the purpose and intent of this Ordinance.
