ORDINANCE NO. 2323 BE IT HEREBY ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOONE, IOWA: Section 1. Purpose: To allow the City of Boone, Iowa to change the Parking Regulations in the Code of Ordinances. Section 2. Chapter 69 is amended as follows: Amend Section 69.09(2) to state "Tenth Street, on both sides from Marshall Street to Green Street; except on the North side between the 700 and 800 blocks of Tenth Street." Section 3. Repealer Clause. All ordinances in conflict herewith are repealed. They are: None Section 4. Severability Clause. If any section, provision or part of this ordinance shall be adjudged invalid or unconstitutional, such adjudication shall not affect the validity or the ordinance as a whole or any section, provision or part thereof not adjudged invalid or unconstitutional. Section 5. When Effective. This ordinance shall be in effect after its passage, approval and publication as provided by law.
