ORDINANCE NO. 4684 At their regular meeting on December 9, 2025, the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Joaquin adopted by the vote noted below Ordinance No. 4684 defining license terms and debt clearance requirements for solid waste collectors, requiring disposal at County-owned facilities, and adopting a recovered organic waste procurement policy to comply with State law Senate Bill 1383; and shall take effect on January 9, 2026.
