NOTICE
TO THE RESIDENTS OF THE TOWNSHIP OF WARMINSTER:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, on January 22, 2026 beginning 7:00PM, the Warminster Township Board of Supervisors, during its regularly scheduled meeting, will conduct a public hearing to consider enactment of the following draft Ordinances:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP 'OF WARMINSTER, BUCKS COUNTY, COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA, AMENDING THE WARMINSTER TOWNSHIP CODE AND SPECIFICALLY AMENDING CHAPTER 5 PART 3 (CODE ENFORCEMENT AND HOUSING STANDARDS) AND CHAPTER 5 PART 4 (FIRE PREVENTION AND LIFE SAFETY STANDARDS) TO REPEAL AND REPLACE CERTAIN REGULATIONS CONCERNING PROPERTY MAINTENANCE STANDARDS; ADOPTING THE 2021 INTERNATIONAL PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CODE, WITH AMENDMENTS, AS THE "WARMINSTER TOWNSHIP PROPERTY MAINTENANCE AND HOUSING CODE"; AND THE 2021 INTERNATIONAL FIRE CODE, WITH AMENDMENTS, AS THE "WARMINSTER TOWNSHIP FIRE PREVENTION AND LIFE SAFETY CODE; REPEALING INCONSISTENT ORDINANCES AND PARTS OF ORDINANCES AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF WARMINSTER, BUCKS COUNTY, COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA, AMENDING THE WARMINSTER TOWNSHIP CODE AND SPECIFICALLY AMENDING CHAPTER 24 PART 4 (AMUSEMENT DEVICE TAX) TO REPEAL AND REPLACE CERTAIN REGULATIONS CONCERNING WARMINSTER TOWNSHIP'S AMUSEMENT DEVICE TAX; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
The full text of these Ordinances may be examined, without charge, and copies may be obtained for a charge no greater than the cost thereof, at the the Warminster Township Building, during normal business hours, Monday through Friday 8:30AM until 4:30PM.
The public is invited to attend the meeting at the Warminster Township Building, located at 401 Gibson Avenue, Warminster, PA 18974, and will be given an opportunity to provide comments regarding this proposed ordinances. Persons with disabilities, wishing to attend the public meeting and requiring auxiliary aid, service or other accommodations to participate, should contact the Township ADA Coordinator at 215-443-5414.
At the conclusion of the hearings, the Board will consider enactment of the Ordinances, unless it deems additional time is required for consideration and discussion, in which case it will hold an additional public hearing/meeting at an announced date and time for that purpose.
