ORDINANCE An Ordinance to amend Section 10.170 of the Manitowoc Municipal Code regulating Through Intersections. The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Manitowoc do ordain as follows: Section 1. Section 10.170 is amended to read as follows: "10.170 Through Intersections. … South 11th Street. (a) All traffic on South 11th Street shall stop before entering Columbus Street. (b) All traffic on South 11th Street shall stop before entering Madison Street. … South 13th Street. (a) All traffic on South 13th Street shall stop before entering Division Street.
