ORDINANCE An Ordinance to amend Section 10.150 of the Manitowoc Municipal Code regulating Arteries for Through Traffic- Exceptions. The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Manitowoc do ordain as follows: Section 1. Section 10.150 is amended to read as follows: "10.150 Arteries for Through Traffic – Exceptions. .… (35) North 5th Street. Beginning at the north line of Maritime Drive and continuing north on 5th Street to Cleveland Avenue, except that all traffic on North 5th St. shall stop before entering Park Street. (37) North 7th Street. Beginning at the south line of York Street north to the north line of Huron Street, all traffic shall stop before entering North 7th Street, except that all traffic on North 7th Street shall stop before entering Park Street. …" Section 2.
