The Application was received OCTOBER 17, 2025. Proposed activity: Construction of a surface water management system to serve a 2-building, 8-unit multi-family development in Marion County, Parcel ID #8003-0335-02. Project name: OAK VILLAS IV SITE PLAN. The total project area is 0.92 acres, the total applicant owned land is 0.92 acres. The Project is located on the east side of MARION OAKS BLVD just south of the intersection of SW 153RD LANE and MARION OAKS BLVD in Section 23, Township 17 South, Range 21 East, in Marion County. No impact to Outstanding Florida Water(s). No Aquatic preserves.
