Oconto County Amendatory Ordinances
On December 18, 2025 the Oconto County Board of Supervisors enacted the following Amendatory Ordinances.
A2025-12-01 granting the rezone application of Jeffrey & Laurie Herzog to rezone the following described property from Agricultural District to Rural Residential District, Tax Parcel #002-251901841A, Part of Section 19, T27N, R20E, Town of Abrams.
A2025-12-02 granting the rezone application of Jeffrey & Crystal Stueber to rezone the following described property from Agricultural District to Rural Residential District, Tax Parcel #002-373100623, Part of Section 31, T27N, R20E, Town of Abrams.
A2025-12-03 granting the rezoning applications on behalf of multiple property owners to rezone the following described properties: Town of Little River: Tax Parcel 022-523101934A, Michael E. and Jada M. Van Den Bogart, rezone from Agricultural (A) district to Rural Residential (RR) district. Town of Little River: Tax Parcel 022-351701321G, Richard and Wendy Dumke, rezone from Agricultural (A) district to Single Family Residential (R-1) district. Town of Stiles: Tax Parcel 040-242402633A, Jeffrey and Angela Potter, rezone from General Commercial (GC) district to Forest (F) district. Town of Stiles: Tax Parcel 040-242402633B, Maria Spaulding, rezone from General Commercial (GC) district to Forest (F) district to be consistent with the adopted Oconto County Zoning District.
