On March 19, 2026 the Oconto County Board of Supervisors enacted the following Amendatory Ordinances.
A2026-03-01 granting the rezone application of Roger & Sharon Heisel & Bernie Cudnohosky to rezone the following described property from Residential Single Family District & Agricultural District to Rural Residential District, Tax Parcel #008-0202021321 & 008-020202032, Part of Section 2, T30N, R19E, Town of Brazeau.
A2026-03-02 granting the rezone application of Jamie House to rezone the following described property from Residential Single Family District to General Commercial District, Tax Parcel #010-3716009, Part of Section 16, T30N, R17E, Town of Breed.
A2026-03-03 granting the rezone application of Vlad Yatsenko to rezone the following described property from Residential Single Family District to Rural Residential District, Tax Parcel #024-202603444, Part of Section 26, T26N, R20E, Town of Little Suamico.
A2026-03-04 granting the rezone application of Chad & Cynthia Holtz to rezone the following described property from Agricultural District to Rural Residential District, Tax Parcel #028-028050500721, Part of Section 5, T27N, R19E, Town of Morgan.

Rank and Amy L. Rank (A/K/A Amy L. DeBauche), rezone from Rural Residential (RR) district to Single Family Residential (R-1) district to be consistent with the adopted Oconto County Zoning District.
O2026-03-01, Chapter 5 – County Administration-Finances of the Oconto County Code of Ordinances was amended.
