Oconto County Ordinances
On May 21, 2026 the Oconto County Board of Supervisors enacted the following Amendatory Ordinances.
A2026-05-01 granting the rezone application of Brandon & Rebecca Speilman to rezone the following described property from Forest District to Rural District, Tax Parcel #006-111300513A, Part of Section 13, T30N, R18E, Town of Bagley.
A2026-05-02 granting the rezone application of Dusty Trails ATV Club, Inc. to rezone the following described property from General Commercial District to Recreation District, Tax Parcel #010-272700922B, Part of Section 27, T30N, R17E, Town of Breed.
A2026-05-03 granting the rezone application of Steven & Melisa Stelzer to rezone the following described property from Agricultural District to Rural Residential District, Tax Parcel #018-020201832A, Part of Section 2, T29N, R17E, Town of How.
A2026-05-04 granting the rezone application of Sunrise Dairy LLC to rezone the following described property from Agricultural District to Rural Residential District, Tax Parcel #018-303001141, Part of Section 30, T29N, R17E, Town of How.
A2026-05-05 granting the rezone application of Caroline Imig to rezone the following described property from Agricultural District to Forest District, Tax Parcel #022-371900613C & 022-371902442, Part of Section 19, T29N, R22E, Town of Little River.
O2026-05-01, Chapter 27 – All-Terrain Vehicles (ATVs and UTVs) was amended.
