Susan M. Purpura Irrevocable Living Trust, filed a quiet title action against Defendants, Perry D. Cruse, Cynthia L. Cruse, and BNY Mellon Capital Markets, LLC, on February 5, 2026, in Morgan County, Indiana, in Case No. 55D01-2602-PL-000308. The named defendants are the only known defendants. Commencing at the northeast corner of said Southwest Quarter; thence South 00 degrees 19 minutes 52 seconds West along the east line thereof 672.54 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, said point being the southeast corner of the land of Purpura as described in Instrument Number 201912861 in the Office of the Recorder of said county; thence continue South 00 degrees 19 minutes 52 seconds West along said west line 17.32 feet to the northeast corner of the land of Purpura as described in Instrument Number 201912860 in said county records; thence South 87 degrees 20 minutes 26 seconds West along the north line thereof 1146.08 feet to the northwest corner of said land; thence North 02 degrees 01 minute 06 seconds West along the northerly extension of the west line of said land 17.30 feet to the south line of said land of Purpura per Instrument Number 201912861; thence North 87 degrees 20 minutes 26 seconds East along said south line 1146.79 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, containing 0.455 acres, more or less.
