CHILDRESS alleging that CATHERINE MARIE CHILDRESS died on August 2, 2025, requesting that Victoria A. Helm be appointed Personal Representative of the Decedent's estate, without bond, and that the heirs of CATHERINE MARIE CHILDRESS, deceased, be determined. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that said Petition be set for hearing on the 9th day of March, 2026, at the hour of 8:30 o'clock A. M., in the Osage County District Courthouse, located at 600 Grandview Ave, Pawhuska, OK 74056, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same, and that notice thereof be given by publication and by mailing to all of the heirs at their last known place of residence as required by law at least ten (10) days from the date of publication before said date of hearing.
