IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiffs shall effectuate service of process on (i) Defendants Christopher Broadley, Jr. and his Heirs, Devisees or Assigns, and Eldora Broadley and Her Heirs, Devisees or Assigns, by publishing in the Oakland County Legal News once a week for 3 consecutive weeks, and in a legal publication that would apply to Maricopa County, Arizona, for 3 consecutive weeks. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that mailing under subrules MCR 2.106(D)(2) and (E)(2) are not necessary, as the address of Defendants is unknown. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the nature of these proceedings is an action to quiet title to real property located in the state of Michigan, and for any other relief requested by Plaintiffs in their Complaint. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendants must file an answer to Plaintiffs' Complaint within 28 days of the last day of publication, or risk having a default entered against them and ultimately a default judgment in favor of Plaintiffs.
