Order of Notice To: Karen Marino Baker, Trustee of the Karen Marino Baker Revocable Trust and Christopher Henry Marino, Individually And to all persons entitled to the benefit of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act, 50 U.S.C. c 50 §3901 (et seq) Rockland Trust Company Claiming to have an interest in a Mortgage covering real property in South Chatham, numbered 33 Woodland Road, given by Catherine L. Marino a/k/a Catherine Law Marino to Rockland Trust Company, dated August 25, 2009, and recorded in Barnstable County Registry District of the Land Court as Document Number 112259 as affected by Affidavits filed with said Registry as Document Numbers 1374614 and 1505319 as noted on Certificate of Title Number 204779, has filed with this court a complaint for determination of Defendant's Servicemembers staus. If you are now, or recently have been, in the active military service of the United States of America, then you may be entitled to the benefits of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act. If you object to a foreclosure of the above-mentioned property on that basis, then you or your attorney must file a written appearance and answer in this court at Three Pemberton Square, Boston MA 02108 on or before January 19, 2026 or you may lose the opportunity to challenge the foreclosure on the ground of noncompliance with the Act.
