Ordinance No. 2325 BE IT HEREBY ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOONE, IOWA: Section 1. Purpose: To allow the City of Boone, Iowa to change the twenty-four-hour parking regulations in the Code of Ordinances. Section 2. Chapter 69 is amended as follows: Amend Section 69.13(2)(DD): "Tenth Street from Harrison Street to Monona Street. Parking is prohibited on the South side of Tenth Street from Division Street to Harrison Street." Section 3. Repealer Clause. All ordinances in conflict herewith are repealed. They are: None Section 4. Severability Clause. If any section, provision or part of this ordinance shall be adjudged invalid or unconstitutional, such adjudication shall not affect the validity or the ordinance as a whole or any section, provision or part thereof not adjudged invalid or unconstitutional. Section 5. When Effective. This ordinance shall be in effect after its passage, approval, and publication as provided by law.
