Outagamie County Legal Notice Notice is hereby given that Outagamie County, Wisconsin is seeking Sealed Bids for approx. 3,885 feet of fencing at the Department of Recycling & Solid Waste. Bid specifications could be downloaded from the County's website at www.outagamie.org > Bids & Proposals. Or, contact Nicole Schoultz at 920-832-6083. Bids will be received until 1:00 p.m. CT, November 18, 2025. All bids received will be documented and publicly read at 1:00 p.m. in the front entrance of the Government Complex. Bids received or tendered after that time and date will not be accepted. Actual receipt is required by said time; deposit in the mail is insufficient. Fax or email bids will not be accepted Bids must remain firm once submitted and may not be withdrawn for a period of sixty days, subject to provisions for correction of errors in the bid as contained in §66.0901, Wisconsin Statutes, Outagamie County Ordinance, and Administrative Rules.
