Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station License Termination Plan U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Public Meeting Holtec Decommissioning International, LLC has submitted a License Termination Plan for decommissioning of Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station. The plan details the known radiological information for the site, the planned demolition, and related tasks that must be completed to terminate Oyster Creek's license. The NRC will conduct a hybrid public meeting to discuss the proposed plan and receive comments on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, from 6:00 PM until 8:30 PM Eastern Time, at the Lacey Township Municipal Building Court Room, 818 Lacey Road, Forked River, New Jersey.
