PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that an order made on the 10th day of September, 2025, the Superior Court fixed November 12, 2025, between the hours of nine o'clock in the forenoon and four o'clock in the afternoon, prevailing time, at the Office of the Tax Collector of the Township of Cherry Hill located at 820 Mercer Street, , Cherry Hill, New Jersey, 08002 as the time and place when and where you may pay to the plaintiff the amount so found due for principal and interest on its certificate of tax sale as follows:
This action has been instituted for the purpose of foreclosing tax sale certificate #22-00597 dated June 30, 2022, made by the Collector of Taxes for the Township of Cherry Hill, County of Camden and State of New Jersey, to US BANK CUST/PC8FIRSTRUST BANK and recorded in the office of the Camden County Clerk/Register in mortgage book 12182, page 429. Most recent assignment recorded on January 23, 2023 in mortgage book 12272, page 658 and covers real estate located at 318 Chelten Pkwy, Cherry Hill, County of Camden and State of New Jersey known as Block 341.11, Lot 30 on the tax duplicate of the Township of Cherry Hill, and assessed to Cheryl Hughes. Total amount required to redeem is $21,505.69, together with interest from September 2, 2025, and costs.
And that unless, at the same time and place, you or one of you redeem by paying the aforesaid sum so found due to plaintiff, then you, and each of you shall be debarred and foreclosed of and from all right and equity of redemption of, in and to the lands and premises above set out and described in the complaint and every part thereof, and that the plaintiff be vested with an absolute and indefeasible estate of inheritance in fee simple in said lands and premises.
Anything to the contrary notwithstanding, redemption shall be permitted up until the entry of final judgment including the whole of the last date upon which judgment is entered.
