PENNSAUKEN TOWNSHIP ZONING
HEARING NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Compsured Insurance Group LLC has applied to the Pennsauken Township Zoning Board pursuant to NJSA 40:55-70d(3) for a Conditional Use Variance for a change of use, for the property located at 4420 Westfield Ave., Pennsauken, NJ, to use the first floor of the Property for a health and life insurance office. The property is shown on the Tax Map as Block 815, Lot 1. The applicant may also seek any other variances, waivers or relief noted by the Board or its staff during the course of review.
A public hearing on this application will be heard at 6:30 p.m. prevailing time, on December 10, 2025, in the Public Meeting Room of the Pennsauken Township Municipal Building located at 5605 N. Crescent Boulevard, Pennsauken, New Jersey, 08110 at which time you may appear either in person, or by an attorney and present any objections which you may have to the granting of the relief sought for this Application. The Application and any plans are on file in the Planning and Zoning Office, 5605 N. Crescent Blvd., Pennsauken, New Jersey, and may be inspected by interested persons during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. This notice is being given in accordance with the requirements of the Pennsauken Township Ordinances and Municipal Land Use Law, N.J. Statutes Section 40:55D et. seq. Further take notice that said Planning Board or Zoning Board may at its discretion, adjourn, postpone, or continue the said hearings from time to time, and you are hereby notified that you should make diligent inquiry of the Planning Board Secretary concerning such adjournments, postponements, or continuations.
