A petition has been presented to said Court by Donna Lambert of Westport, MA, in said County representing that they hold as Tenants in Common, an undivided share of certain land lying in Westport in said County and briefly described as follows: See Attached:

The land in said Westport, Bristol County, Massachusetts, with all buildings and improvements thereon, bounded and described as follows:
PARCEL ONE:
Beginning at the Northwesterly corner of the parcel to be described at a point in the Southerly line of Old Bedford Road, thence running South 61° 55' 45" East in line of a stone wall, One Hundred Fifty-two and Thirty-three one-hundredths (152.33) feet to a drill hole; thence running South 18° 56' 45" West by land now or formerly of Watuppa Grange No. 65 Patrons of Husbandry Inc., Two Hundred Ninety-six and One one-hundredths (296.01) feet to a stake; thence running North 61° 45' 19" West by land now or formerly of Henry J. Sampson, et al, Two Hundred Four and Seventy-six one-hundredths (204.76) feet to a stake; thence running North 29° 00' 51" East by other land now or formerly of Henry J. Sampson et al, Two Hundred Ninety-one and Twenty-seven One-hundredths (291.27) feet to the point of beginning.
Containing Fifty-two Thousand (52,000) square feet of land, more or less.
Being Lot #1 on plan entitled "Plan of Robert J. & Beatrice M. Dupre in Westport, Mass., Gracia & Gay, Eng'rs & Surv'rs., Scale 1" = 40', May, 1971" recorded in Bristol County South District Registry of Deeds in Plan Book 85 at Page 64.
PARCEL TWO:
Beginning at a stake in the ground at a point Two Hundred Ninety-one and 27/100 (291.27) feet Southerly from Old Bedford Road at the Northwesterly corner of the lot to be described and at the Southwesterly corner of land conveyed to Robert J. and Beatrice M. Dupre by deed of Henry J. Sampson and Wordell Sampson; thence running Easterly Three Hundred Fifty-eight and 43/100 (358.43) feet by said Dupre land and land of Watuppa Grange to a stake in the ground and land now or formerly of Charles H. Mullen; thence running Southerly Three Hundred Twenty-five and 41/100 (325.41) feet to a stake in the ground and land now or formerly of said Mullen; thence running Westerly Four Hundred Twenty-four and 69/100 (424.69) feet to a stake in the ground and land of Henry and Wordell Sampson; thence running Northerly Three Hundred Twenty and 75/100 (320.75) feet to the point of beginning. Containing One Hundred Twenty-five Thousand Six Hundred (125,600) square feet of land, more or less.
Being Lot Number 2 on Plan of Land drawn for Robert J. And Beatrice M. Dupre by Gracia and Gay Engineers and Surveyors, May 1971. Said plan being recorded in the Bristol County South District Registry of Deeds, Plan Book 85, Page 64.

setting forth that she desires that all of said land may be sold at private sale for not less than Eight Hundred Fifty Thousand ($850,000.00) Dollars and prays that partition may be made of all the land aforesaid according to law, and to that end that a commissioner be appointed to make such partition and be ordered to make sale and conveyance of all of said land which the Court finds cannot be advantageously divided either at private sale or public auction, and be ordered to distribute the net proceeds thereof.
If you desire to object thereto you or your attorney should file a written appearance in said Court at Taunton before ten o'clock in the forenoon on the twenty-fourth day of July 2026, the return day of this citation.
