PICKENS COUNTY RFP FOR DEBRIS MONITORING SERVICE Pickens County is seeking Competitive Sealed Proposals from qualified Contractors to provide professional services on an on-call basis under a renewable annual contract (up to four years) to facilitate contract compliance Debris Monitoring and Pre-Event retainer following a disaster. It is the intent to enter into a pre-event contract, which would result in no immediate cost to Pickens County. The Contractor shall provide all materials and services necessary in the performance of this bid. Pickens County does not guarantee a minimum value for this contract.
