PINE HILL BOROUGH ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT TAKE NOTICE that on Thursday the 8th of January, 2026 at 7:30 p.m., a hearing will be heard before the Pine Hill Borough Zoning Board and Planning Board of Adjustments at the Municipal Building, located at 45 West 7th Avenue, Pine Hill, New Jersey on the Appeal or Application of the undersigned for a subdivision approval and any other variances and/ or design standard waivers as the Board may determine are required to adjust the lot lines separating the premises located at 69 E. Woodburn Ave. and 73 E. Woodburn Ave. and designated as Block 47, Lots 34 and 40, respectively, on the Pine Hill Borough Tax Map. The application is on file in the Planning and Zoning Board's Secretary's Office and is available for inspection at the Pine Hill Borough Municipal Building at 45 West 7th Avenue, Pine Hill, New Jersey between the hours of 9:00 am and 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
