PLANNING BOARD CITY OF POUGHKEEPSIE, NEW YORK NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLANNING BOARD CITY OF POUGHKEEPSIE, NEW YORK NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A PUBLIC HEARING will be held by the Planning Board of the City of Poughkeepsie, Dutchess County, New York, in the Common Council Chambers, City Hall, 3rd Floor, 62 Civic Center Plaza on 4/28/26, at 6:00 PM or as soon thereafter as the matter is reached on the Agenda on the following matter: 39-45 South Hamilton Street Application for subdivision relative to the proposed subdivision of the existing parcel at 39-45 South Hamilton Street, containing a funeral home with an accessory parking lot and a single-family dwelling into two lots of record, one of which will contain the funeral home and bulk of the parking lot and one of which will contain the single family dwelling with two off-street parking spaces. An ingress/egress easement allowing access through the funeral home parcel to the rear yard of the single-family parcel is proposed. Both uses are legally nonconforming.
