PLANNING BOARD VILLAGE OF IRVINGTON PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a Public Hearing will be held by the Irvington Planning board by the Village of Irvington on Wednesday evening, November 5, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. Located at 85 Main street, Irvington NY regarding a request for planning board and application approval for Monica Weisberg and Norman Werner of 13 Manor Pond ln, Irvington NY and known on the Town Tax Assessment Maps as Section 2.140, Block 68, Lot 67 and located in the 1F-40 Zoning District. In order to construct the proposed: Remove existing deck, rebuild and enlarge deck 3'-9" at rear of house.
