PLANNING COMMISSION
At the regularly scheduled meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Montgomery on Thursday, September 25, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. in the Council Auditorium in City Hall, at 103 North Perry Street, a public hearing will be held for consideration of the following items:
RZ-2025-010 NOBLE AVENUE Request recommendation for approval to rezone property containing 1.09 acres (+/-) located on the north side of Noble Avenue, between South Perry Street and South Lawrence Street from B-2 (Commercial) and R-60-d (Duplex Residential) Zoning Districts to an R-60-a (Apartments) Zoning District.
9385 WOODLEY ROAD Request final approval of Amanda Ward Plat No. 1 located on the west side of Woodley Road, approximately 2,400 north of East South Boulevard, in an R-100 (Single-Family Residential) Zoning District.
DP-2003-033 EMORY FOLMAR BOULEVARD Public hearing for a development plan for an addition to the building located at 1131 Emory Folmar Boulevard in an M-1 (Light Industry) Zoning District.
DP-2025-026 TAYLOR ROAD Public hearing for a development plan for a new building located at 4255 Taylor Road in a PUD (Planned Unit Development) Zoning District.
DP-2025-022 HIGHWAY 80 EAST Public hearing for a development plan for a new building to be located at 10765 Highway 80 East in an M-1 (Light Industry) Zoning District.
DP-1985-004 PYRMID AVENUE Public hearing for a development plan for an addition to a building located at 2836 Pyramid Avenue in an M-1 (Light Industry) Zoning District.
DP-2025-024 TAYLOR ROAD Public hearing for a development plan for a new building to be located at the southwest corner of Taylor Road and Averiett Drive in a PUD (Planned Unit Development) Zoning District.
DP-2025-025 OLD LEEDS ROAD Public hearing for a development plan for a new building to be located at 6745 Old Leeds Road in an O-1 (Office) Zoning District.
9387 LARKIN LANE Request final approval of County Downs Plat No. 23 located at the southernmost end of Larkin Lane in an R-50 (Single-Family Residential) District.
DP-1987-024 EAST DELANO AVENUE Public hearing for a development plan for a new apartment building to be located at southeast corner of Southmont Drive and East Delano Avenue in an R-60-m (Multi-Family Residential) Zoning District.
9386 PARK CROSSING Request final approval of Park Crossing Plat No. 1-A located on the north side of Park Crossing, approximately 900 ft. west of Ray Thorington Road, in a PUD (Planned Unit Development) Zoning District.
DP-2025-021 EASTCHASE PARKWAY Public hearing for a development plan for a new building to be located on the south side on the south side of EastChase Parkway, approximately 600 ft. west of Boyd-Cooper Parkway, in a PUD (Planned Unit Development) Zoning District.
DP-2025-023 EASTCHASE LANE Public hearing for a development plan for a new building to be located at 2310 EastChase Lane in a PUD (Planned Unit Development) Zoning District.
RZ-2025-011 SELMA HIGHWAY Request recommendation for approval to rezone property containing 6.80 acres (+/-) located on the south side of Selma Highway, approximately 2,800 ft. west of Felder Road, from an AGR-1 (Residential Agriculture) Zoning District to an M-1 (Light Industrial) Zoning District. (aka 6795 Selma Highway)
RZ-2025-012 NORMAN BRIDGE ROAD Request recommendation for approval to rezone property containing 180 acres (+/-) located on the east side of Norman Bridge Road, approximately 1,100 ft. south of Hyundai Boulevard, from an AGR-1 (Residential Agriculture) Zoning District to an M-1 (Light Industry) Zoning District. (aka 5733 Norman Bridge Road)
