PZ-000008-2026 Notice is hereby given that the Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Peoria will hold a public hearing in City Hall, Room 400, 419 Fulton St, Peoria, IL at 1:00 pm on Thursday, February 5, 2026, for the following request: Hold a Public Hearing and forward a recommendation to City Council on the request of Will Kenney for Peoria Civic Center Authority, to amend an existing Special Use Ordinance No. 16,932, as amended, in a Class B1 (Downtown Commercial) District for the Peoria Civic Center Facilities to add four foot tall fencing in the front yards of the property located at 201 SW Jefferson Avenue, for the property commonly known as the Civic Center located at 201 SW Jefferson Avenue, 702 and 720 Fulton Street, and 109, 125, 129 and 135 SW Monroe Street (Parcel Identification Nos. 18-09-251-009, 18-09-133-013, 18-09-202-001, 18-09-202-002, 18-09-202-003, 18-09-202-004,18-09-202-005), Peoria, IL (Council District 2).
