PORT LANSING SITE READINESS PROJECT ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS The Capital Region Airport Authority will receive bids for the PORT LANSING SITE READINESS PROJECT until 11:00 am EDT, Tuesday, July 14, 2026. Bids will be publicly opened (electronically) and read aloud in the Community Room at the Capital Region International Airport immediately following the time stated above. Contractors are welcome to attend the bid opening if interested, though attendance is not required. The Capital Region Airport Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any informalities in bidding or to accept the bids or bid, should it consider same to be in its best interest. Scope of Work The project will consist of the construction of two master detention basins, gravity sanitary sewer with associated lift station, force main and a water main extension. The project shall be fully completed by March 28, 2027. Availability of Documents This project will be electronically bid through www.questcdn.com.
