OAGES, BILLY DON, in favor of Plaintiffs and Intervenors and against all defendants and all real property stated therein, said Order of Sale issued to me, as Sheriff, directed and delivered, I will proceed to sell at 10:00 A.M. on the 5th day of May, 2026, which is the first Tuesday of said month, at the 11th floor auditorium, Santa Fe Building, located at 900 S Polk of said POTTER County, in the City of AMARILLO, Texas, the following described property LOCATED IN Potter County, to-wit: Legal Description: Lot Fourteen (14), in Block Ten (10), Ridgemere Subdivision, an Addition to the City of Amarillo, Potter County, Texas GEO: R06525002690.
