PB-26-64 Before Judge Stuart Tate 1st AMENDED NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION FOR PROBATE OF WILL, APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE AND, DETERMINATION OF HEIRS, DEVISEES, AND LEGATEES NOTICE IS HEREBY given to all persons interested in the Estate of Florence Josephine Quinata, deceased, that on the 29th day of May, 2026, Meredith Descygnes Drent, Petitioner herein, produced in the District Court of Osage County, Oklahoma, an instrument in writing purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of Florence Josephine Quinata, deceased, and also filed in said court a Petition for the probate of the Last Will and Testament and requesting that Letters Testamentary issue to Meredith Descygnes Drent as Personal Representative. Furthermore, the Petition requested a judicial determination of the heirs, devisees, and legatees of the Decedent. PURSUANT TO AN ORDER of this Court made on June 29, 2026, notice is hereby given that on Monday, July 20, 2026, at 8:30 a.m., the Petition will be heard in the District Court of Osage County, Pawhuska, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
